It can be wonderfully effective in alleviating physical, emotional and psychological issues

Marisa Peer is the award-winning founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) and has over 30 years’ experience as a therapist; and is a leader in this field. Marisa is a transformational leader, a best-selling author, an international speaker, the creator of the ‘I Am Enough’ movement, and there is a considerable amount of information about her work on YouTube. RTT® is simple, scientific, has a high success rate, and has won many awards.

RTT can get to the root cause of your limiting beliefs, behaviours or issues, to allow understanding as to why you are facing the challenges you have today. They can be interpreted to provide crucial insight into how they have been impacting you, and then interrupted, and allowing recognition as to why these are no longer appropriate for you today.  New, positive, healthy thoughts can be installed like seeds. Repetition via listening to your personalised audio recording will allow these to flourish and become well established and second nature. Thanks to research, we now know that neuroplasticity means that the adult brain is also able to change easily.


How Does RTT work?

My role is to help you identify your desired outcomes and show you how you can use the power of your mind to transform the issues you wish to resolve and create the beautiful life you want. You must be open to change in order for any transformation to occur; and know that you are in control the whole time. 

Deep roots, growth, tree, sunshine, light, bright future

RTT® uses a fast, powerful induction technique, to allow you to achieve a state of inward focus, relaxation and rapid eye movement (REM); and enables access to the subconscious mind. This allows lots of time for interventions and transformation during the session. When working with your subconscious mind, you are dealing directly with the part of your mind that is in charge of your unhelpful beliefs, limiting thoughts and patterns of behaviour, all of which are hidden from conscious view. 

Did you know, the subconscious mind is running us approximately 95% of the time. Hence, it’s crucial to ensure our beliefs and thoughts are appropriate and helpful, in order to create the extraordinary life that we deserve.

Bruce H. Lipton wrote in his book, The Biology of Belief "I believe the greatest problem we face is that we think we are running our lives with the wishes, desires and aspirations created by our conscious mind…. neuroscience has now established that the conscious mind… runs the show only about five percent of the time."

Change directed by the conscious mind has its limits and willpower alone can’t always break the unhelpful habits or fears. To change quickly and more easily, we ideally need to connect with the subconscious mind, and RTT can get you unstuck fast.

Together, we can access your beliefs formed many years ago, and allow your mind to become receptive to suggestions. RTT helps you change your perceptions and thoughts at the subconscious level. Positive suggestions, like seeds, are planted in the subconscious mind and new beliefs are able to take root. The mind accepts things more readily when in hypnosis, as long as it’s something you want.

Typically in just 1-3 sessions per topic, a powerful transformation can be realised. You receive a bespoke recording after each session which is just for you, to meet your personal needs. The recording lays down pathways or connections between neurons. As new pathways are strengthened, new behaviours become second nature.

What to expect from an RTT Session?

An RTT ‘Session’ is a minimum of a 28 day programme; and includes these steps:

A Free 20 minute Introductory Conversation via video call to:

  • get to know each other;

  • explain what you’d like to resolve;

  • understand how our therapy can benefit you and get answer to your questions;

  • discuss whether we would work together and how our collaboration could look.

Consultation and Strategy Meeting – for information gathering:

  • to focus on what is adversely affecting you;

  • get an overview of all areas of concern;

  • background information;

  • what your desired outcome and ideal future will look like.

RTT Hypnosis Session (approx. 2 hours) and Personalised Audio:

  • to access your subconscious mind and explore the root cause and connection between your beliefs, emotions and the challenges you face today;

  • review from a new perspective, interpret, interrupt and install new healthier, supportive beliefs;

  • receive your personalized self-hypnosis audio to listen to for at least 21 days. Repetition is key!

Support and Follow Ups:

  • Support via email, text, calls;

  • 3 follow ups to review your progress and address anything arising;

  • Reflect on changes seen;

  • Next session if desired / required. Depending on the area of focus, typically 2-3 sessions are all it takes per topic.
